Monthly Membership Fee:
In addition to our hourly service rates, members pay a fixed $40 monthly fee. This fee includes:
- Priority access to all concierge services.
- Dedicated support with one point of contact.
- Customized service planning, scheduling, and oversight.
Hourly Service Rates:
In addition to the monthly membership fee, clients are billed at $70 per hour for time spent by our team completing requested services. HVAC services are billed at $100 per hour. This structure ensures you only pay for the services you actually use.
For on-demand or on-call requests, additional service rates may apply, and travel fees may vary based on location. For HVAC systems, annual preventative maintenance plan pricing is available upon request.
